Large Firm Credentials Small Firm Approach
Founded in 1994, the firm was originally named Banowsky, Betz & Levine, P.C. after its three founding shareholders, Baxter W. Banowsky, Michael J. Betz and Scott D. Levine. The three lawyers had previously worked together at Bickel & Brewer. In 2005, Mike Betz left the firm to take the position of Deputy City Attorney with the City of Garland. As a result, the firm was renamed Banowsky & Levine, P.C. In 2022, Scott Levine also left the firm to take the position of Deputy City Attorney at the City of Garland, resulting in the change to the firm’s current name, Banowsky, P.C.
Since our founding in 2004, our reputation has been built on client satisfaction. It starts with a responsive, team-oriented small firm structure that provides the quality of product traditionally associated with large, conventional law firms. Our clients receive meaningful access to the information they need to make timely, informed decisions. This structure and philosophy allows us to provide the highest quality representation in a more cost-effective manner than large firms, resulting in the best value for clients.
Our Clients
Small businesses, publicly traded corporations, governmental bodies and individuals across Texas and the country have relied on us for nearly 30 years to protect their interests in complex transactions and litigation. When you retain Banowsky, P.C., you will be working with a team dedicated understanding your needs and using their unique experiences, backgrounds and skills to meet those needs.
Tailored Representation
We recognize that clients’ needs are often overshadowed and time and money wasted by the expense of protracted disputes – an outcome common at larger firms. We tailor our approach to each matter based on the specific needs and goals of the client as well as, where applicable, the amount involved in any controversy.
