Contact Mr. LevineScott D. Levine has been trying cases in Texas courtrooms since 1993. With nearly twenty years of trial experience, Mr. Levine has successfully handled the most complex types of litigation, including employment disputes, insurance defense, product liability defense, professional negligence, commercial litigation, intellectual property disputes, municipal litigation, and partnership/shareholder disputes. In addition, Mr. Levine routinely provides strategic advice and legal counsel to governmental and business leaders throughout Texas and the United States. Mr. Levine has represented a wide array of clients, including retailers, distributors, manufacturers, professional firms, service providers, governmental entities, and insurance companies. Mr. Levine, characterized by industry media reports as a "top lawyer," has lectured to business owners on topics such as “avoiding litigation and lawyers.” He has also served on Texas state agency working groups for the purpose of proposing state regulations and legislation and lectures to government counsel on pertinent legal topics. Mr. Levine has obtained the highest possible rating in both ethics and standard of practice by Martindale Hubbell. Mr. Levine obtained his undergraduate degree in accounting in 1989 from the University of Arizona where he graduated magna cum laude. Following college, he served as a staff member for the Arizona State Senate finance committee. He received his law degree in 1992 from the Boalt Hall School of Law at the University of California, Berkeley. Scott and his wife live in Parker, Texas with their three children, where he is serving his second term as a member of the Parker City Council.
