Scott D.
Levine
, has been trying cases in Texas
courtrooms since 1993. With over a decade of trial experience, Mr.
Levine has handled the most complex types of litigation, including
employment disputes, insurance defense, product liability defense,
professional negligence, commercial litigation, intellectual property
disputes, municipal litigation, and partnership/shareholder
disputes. In addition, Mr. Levine routinely provides strategic
advice and legal counsel to governmental and business leaders
throughout Texas and the United States.
Mr. Levine has represented a wide
array of clients, including retailers, distributors, manufacturers,
professional firms, service providers, governmental entities, and
insurance companies.
Mr. Levine, characterized by
industry media reports as a "top lawyer," has lectured to
business owners on topics such as “avoiding litigation and
lawyers.” He has also served on Texas state
agency working groups for the purpose of proposing state
regulations and legislation and lectures to government counsel on pertinent legal topics.
Mr. Levine obtained his
undergraduate degree in accounting in 1989 from the University of
Arizona where he graduated magna cum laude. Following college, he
served as a staff member for the Arizona State Senate finance
committee. He received his law degree in 1992 from the Boalt Hall
School of Law at the University of California, Berkeley.
Scott and his wife live in Parker, Texas with their three children.
Scott also serves as a member of the Parker City Council. In addition to his professional
and public endeavors, Scott coaches boys basketball and is a competitive triathlete and cyclist.
